What these terms cover
These terms apply to the use of this website, its pages and its forms. Projects, deliverables, support and processing of data for customers are not covered; they are governed by the agreement we make with the customer (see Data Processing & Security).
The site is information, not an offer
The site describes what we work with. Examples, system chains and illustrations are exactly that, and are marked as such; they do not describe a particular project or a promised service. Price, scope and delivery are agreed in writing for each project.
Sending a form does not make an agreement with us, and does not oblige us to take on the task.
What you send us
Only send information you have the right to share. We use it to answer your enquiry, as described in our Privacy.
The forms and ordinary e-mail are not meant for confidential information. If something is confidential, say so in your first message, and send the details only once we have agreed how they will be handled. How confidentiality is handled is agreed case by case.
Sending us an idea does not give us any right to it, and does not oblige us either.
Rights to the content
Texts, drawings, graphics, logo and code on the site belong to Duelund Nordic Tech ApS unless something else is stated. You are welcome to read, link to and quote the site with a reference to the source, but not to copy or otherwise reuse the content without our written permission.
Code examples on the site are shown as illustrations and come with no licence.
Liability
We work to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise because you acted on information on the site alone.
The site can be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance. Its current state is shown on System Status.
Links to other sites
When we link to other websites, for example a calendar to book a meeting, we are not responsible for their content, and their own terms apply.
Changes
We may change these terms. Every version gets a number and a date at the top, and earlier versions are listed at the bottom of the page.
Law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
